Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Learning & Development Young Professional to join our remote team. You’ll support the design and coordination of training programs, and help build a culture of continuous learning with experienced professionals.

Work with global teams to track L&D metrics, create e-learning content, and maintain the LMS. This entry-level role offers exposure to end-to-end programs and a flexible, 100% remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Psychology, Business Administration or related field
• Strong interest in training, talent development, or instructional design
• Creative, organized, and comfortable working with digital tools and learning platforms
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced proficiency in English

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and logistics of training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives across the organization
• Design and develop learning materials, including presentations, guides, and e-learning content
• Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), keeping content organized and up to date
• Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to improve programs
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and develop learning solutions
• Track and report L&D metrics to measure impact of training initiatives

We are looking for a Learning & Development Young Professional to join our team.
