BairesDev is hiring a Young Professional – IT Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment in a global tech company. You will source candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and help build a strong talent pipeline alongside experienced recruiters.

Qualifikationen

• Support full recruitment cycle from posting to interviewing.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and platforms to build talent pipelines.
• Review resumes and conduct initial screening to assess fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS and keep data up to date.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters to refine search strategies.

What You'll Do:

• Review resumes and conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate profiles and interest.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth experience for all parties.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS, keeping data accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring teams to understand role requirements and refine search strategies.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field — or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
