BairesDev is hiring a Hiring Journey Associate to enhance the candidate experience across remote recruitment. You’ll be the primary contact point between BairesDev and candidates, guiding them through the process and coordinating interviews and assessments.

Hiring Journey Associate at BairesDev

As a Hiring Journey Associate, you'll help provide a positive hiring experience for candidates while supporting a smooth and efficient process to meet client needs. You'll be a contact point for communications between BairesDev and candidates in your pipeline, helping advance them within the recruiting process for both internal and external client openings. This is your opportunity to contribute to our talent acquisition efforts, building relationships with candidates while supporting client expectations through clear communication and strong candidate experience.
