Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Learning & Development Young Professional to join our team. This entry-level role supports the design and coordination of training programs and contributes to building a culture of continuous learning across our global tech organization.

You will assist in logistics, create learning materials, and help maintain our LMS while collaborating with internal teams to identify training needs and measure impact. Remote work is 100% and compensation is competitive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in training, talent development, or instructional design.
• Creative, organized, and comfortable working with digital tools and learning platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination and logistics of training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives across the organization.
• Support the design and development of learning materials, including presentations, guides, and e-learning content.
• Help maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), keeping content organized and up to date.
• Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to support the evaluation and improvement of learning programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and contribute to the development of targeted learning solutions.
• Assist in tracking and reporting L&D metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of training initiatives.
