Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by identifying and pursuing opportunities with new or existing customers/markets across the Fintech and Merchants (Retail & Commerce) segments in Argentina & Uruguay.
• Focus on growing market share, touchpoints, and Mastercard’s regional footprint.
• Set sales strategy aligned with geography and segment goals.
• Responsible for pipeline management at the segment level.
• Lead development and execution of growth strategies to accelerate digital payments and ecosystem expansion.
• Develops the sales pipeline with product and account management teams.
• Prospect, contact, and contract new customers and business partners.
• Play a lead role in conversations with key decision makers for new opportunities.
• Provide input for long-term growth strategies and business cases.
• Execute and manage customer contract processes and improve deal velocity.
