Mastercard in Argentina and Uruguay seeks a Manager, Product Management, Core Products to lead execution of the Core Products strategy across Prepaid, Debit and Credit. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive differentiation, adoption and revenue growth.

You will own product lifecycle from ideation to launch, monitor KPIs and ensure customer-centric solutions across the region, collaborating with technology, sales and operations to deliver impact.

Formación

• Experience in product management with a focus on core payments products.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of card payments ecosystem (Prepaid, Debit, Credit).
• Ability to navigate matrixed organizations and influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Execute the Core Products strategy for Argentina and Uruguay, aligned with regional priorities.
• Partner with Product, Digital, Sales, Account Management, Services, Technology and Operations teams to deliver launches.
• Identify and prioritize business and technical enhancements to improve product relevance, competitiveness and customer adoption.
• Monitor product KPIs and P&L performance to support incremental revenue growth.
• Ensure Core solutions are delivered as part of a unified, customer-centric strategy.
• Support strategic customer engagements and contribute to the development of new business opportunities.
• Act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring smooth execution across the product lifecycle.
