Job summary

Next Frontier Capital is seeking a leader to run Amenity Services at our Centro Empresarial Núñez office, overseeing conference centre operations, EMS-based space governance, and F&B services. You will collaborate with AV/tech, Security, Facilities, Catering, Events, and vendors to ensure safety, data protection, and KPI-driven results.

You will manage vendor governance, budgeting, and continuous improvement to optimize utilization and cost discipline while maintaining exceptional client

Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality or related field required.
• Experience in 5-star hotels, events, and F&B environments.
• Proven leadership in team management and customer service.
• Strong stakeholder management, including executive engagement.
• Ability to prioritize, perform under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and reporting capability with budget forecasts.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with EMS and ARI processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day and strategic Amenity Services delivery onsite.
• Manage client, conference centre, and dining operations to global standards.
• Own EMS room booking, monitor utilization and continuity.
• Produce performance metrics and inform decisions.
• Drive KPI performance and cost discipline.
• Vendor governance, supplier reviews, renewals, and RFP support.
• Budget planning, forecasting, and cost optimization while protecting service integrity.
