Proppel is launching a video ads production service and seeks a builder to lead it from the ground up. You will report to the CEO and collaborate with department heads, owning the full production lifecycle from intake to delivery.

The role requires hands-on creation with freelancers, experience leading teams, and a deep understanding of Meta ads formats, with strong English communication for US market engagement.

Formación

• Proven track record of writing video briefs that produced high-performing Meta ads.
• Experience managing content creators, editors, and strategists.
• Hands-on experience producing video ads using AI video tools.
• Experience with the US market and US DTC brands.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Builder's mindset to design systems, not inherit them.
• 4–7 years in performance creative; 1–3 years leading people.
• Background as senior/lead strategist or head of production in a performance creative agency serving DTC brands, or as an in-house lead strategist at a DTC brand.

Responsabilidades

• Build a video division from zero: design and run the machine.
• Start hands-on, briefing and shipping the first videos with freelancers while hiring the team.
• Write and standardize video briefs that consistently produce high-performing Meta ads.
• Build out the team over time: video editors, strategists, and eventually a project manager and a creator network.
• Own the full production process: intake, briefing, review, QA, delivery, and capacity planning.
• Set the quality bar and creative direction across formats, coordinate with the Static team.
