Uproot Clean, a fast-growing eco-friendly pet care brand, seeks a Performance Video Editor for fully remote work. You will transform scripts and creator footage into thumb-stopping, high-conversion ads for Meta, Instagram, and TikTok, driving purchases and engagement.

You will handle a steady stream of footage, optimize narratives, and iterate quickly based on real business results, while collaborating with the marketing team to scale performance campaigns.

Formación

• 3-5+ years of video editing experience with short-form content
• Expert-level Adobe Premiere Pro skills
• Proven experience editing performance ads for ecommerce or DTC brands
• Proficiency with Photoshop/Illustrator/Canva

Responsabilidades

• Create high-performing Facebook/Instagram ad creatives and social media clips
• Edit short-form content optimized for platform formats
• Source and organize B-roll and stock footage
• Manage creator content in Frame.io and maintain asset libraries
• Translate scripts into compelling visual stories with hooks and pacing
