You’ll take briefs from the creative lead and produce multiple formats, with AI presenters and synthetic voices as needed. You’ll monitor performance metrics and iterate quickly to improve ROAS.

The role demands English copy that reads native and comfort with fast testing cycles, global audiences, and a remote, international setup.

Formación

• AI first. You research what's selling right now, write prompts, direct tools, and produce ads that convert.
• Experience with Veo 3, Kling 3, Seedance, Runway, Higgsfield, Nano Banana Pro, Midjourney, ElevenLabs.
• 2+ years cutting direct response ads for Meta. Links, not a CV.
• Premiere or DaVinci at speed. CapCut for trend formats.
• English copy that a US shopper reads as native; hooks, captions, and scripts.

Responsabilidades

• Briefs come from the creative lead and you turn each into a finished ad.
• Weekly target of new concepts and hook variations; concepts counted separately.
• Some ads use real footage; growing portion starts from AI presenters and generated scenes.
• Track spend, hook rate, CPA and ROAS; iterate on what works and drop what dies.
• Collaborate with the generation tool team; provide feedback on output quality.
