You’ll leverage AI-powered tools for rapid iteration, maintain brand consistency, and own end‑to‑end workflows. The role requires 5+ years of video editing experience and a strong social‑first portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of video editing experience.
• Proven experience producing video ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube.
• Advanced skills in Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Solid Adobe Creative Cloud workflows.
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools to accelerate production.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-volume direct-response video ads for paid placements across Meta, TikTok, YouTube.
• Create multiple variants per concept to support testing and iteration.
• Leverage generative AI to accelerate production while maintaining brand consistency.
• Translate performance insights into editing decisions with rapid iteration.
• Build clear DTC narratives to drive retention and conversion.
• Apply motion graphics and design fundamentals to improve clarity and performance.
• Own end-to-end workflows including asset organization and versioning.
• Collaborate with Creative Strategists, integrating feedback quickly.
