Avature is seeking a UX designer to deepen our product experiences across multiple solutions. You will define guidelines, bring ideas to life with flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, and iterate designs with cross-functional teams.

Join a collaborative UX group that emphasizes accessibility, usability, and scalable design systems. The role offers flexible remote work with one day per week in the office across Argentina locations.

Formación

• Strong foundations in design, including composition, typography, color, spacing and consistency.
• Knowledge of user interface design and software prototyping.
• Experience designing products with wireframes, testing and iteration.
• Understanding usability, accessibility, responsive behavior, design systems, and implementation constraints.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn UX methodologies and emerging AI capabilities.
• Intermediate English (B1) for internal communication.

Our collaborative team of designers provides an intuitive and user-friendly interface to our sophisticated platform, aiming to provide our customers with the best experience. As part of our UX team, you'll work on everything from defining guidelines, best practices, and design systems to bringing it all to life within our own product.

Your challenges and objectives:

• Become an expert on the Avature product, its users, and the context in which our solutions are used.
• Translate user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints into clear and usable product experiences.
• Work across a variety of product-based solutions, understanding systems, dependencies, and diverse stakeholder needs.
• Contribute to the continuous enhancement of the guidelines, libraries, components, and patterns that comprise our design system.
• Act as a UX reference within the organization, sharing knowledge and raising the quality and consistency of product design.
• Design new features or solutions from scratch, producing flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, and iterating designs with others.
• Investigate problems proactively: ask the right questions, identify information gaps and dependencies, and propose alternative solutions when requirements are unclear.
• Generate guidelines for the use of design assets across the product and maintain design libraries up to date.
• Participate in redesigning our existing functionality when necessary, either for fresh UI aesthetics or design updates.
• Work closely with Product, functional analysts, and development teams to define feasible, coherent solutions for their modules.
• Brainstorm with the team, incorporate feedback, and communicate design rationale and trade-offs clearly

About you:

• Strong foundations in design, with demonstrated craft in composition, hierarchy, typography, color, spacing, layout, consistency, and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of user interface design and software prototyping.
• Experience in designing products or features that involve wireframing, testing, and iteration.
• Understanding of usability, accessibility, responsive behavior, design systems, and the constraints of implementation.
• Proactive and curious attitude: able to search for information independently, challenge assumptions, identify process gaps, and embrace ambiguity as an opportunity to innovate
• Constant interest in learning and applying UX methodologies
• Intermediate oral and written English (B1), mainly for internal communication
• Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day work and genuinely interested in staying up to date with emerging AI capabilities.
