Avature is seeking a Digital Designer (Web & Mobile) to craft elegant, user-centric web experiences in a hybrid setup across Argentina. You will translate our brand vision into compelling designs and partner with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life for our digital presence.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Design, Communications and Engineering to deliver high-quality site experiences, maintain the design system, and ensure accessibility and performance across devices.

Formación

• Strong portfolio of web and mobile designs integrating brand identity into digital products.
• Excellent visual design sense with strong typographic, layout and color skills.
• Ability to translate briefs and business goals into information architecture and wireframes.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; familiar with AI design tools.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals with stakeholder feedback.
• Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and web performance best practices.
• Clear communicator able to manage feedback and keep projects on track with multiple stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3; JavaScript and WordPress CMS experience are a plus.

• Design and conceptualize high-impact website layouts and landing pages for web and mobile.

• Maintain and evolve the web design system with components, templates and style guidelines.
• Deliver pixel-perfect mockups, production-ready files, and interactive prototypes using Figma and related tools.
• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, performance, and consistency across breakpoints.
• Share best practices and contribute to a strong design culture across the team.
• Translate briefs, brand guidelines, user needs and business goals into information architecture and flows.

Your Challenges And Objectives

• Play a key role in the evolution and rebranding of our primary website, updating existing content and rolling out new sites and landing pages.

• Deliver top-quality web designs and complementary marketing materials through efficient, fast-paced workflows.

Your Day-to-day Activities

• Design and conceptualize high-impact website layouts, landing pages, event pages, and related digital experiences that support marketing objectives.
• Partner with Design, Marketing, Communications, and Engineering to bring concepts to life across web and mobile experiences.
• Maintain and evolve the web design system, including components, templates, assets, and style guidelines, feeding improvements back into the broader design practice.
• Use Figma and other tools to deliver pixel-perfect mockups, production-ready files, interactive prototypes, and complementary visual materials
• Ensure quality, accessibility, responsive behavior, web performance, and consistency across breakpoints and content types.
• Share best practices, contribute to a strong design culture, and help teammates produce intentional, high-craft work.
• Translate briefs, brand guidelines, user needs, and business goals into clear information structures, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished final designs.

About You

• Strong portfolio of web and mobile designs that integrate brand identity into digital products.
• Strong foundations in design, with an outstanding eye for hierarchy, composition, typography, color, spacing, layout, imagery, and attention to detail.
• Proactively identify process gaps, propose solutions, and embrace ambiguity as an opportunity to innovate.
• Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), plus familiarity with generative AI tools (Adobe Firefly, Freepik, ChatGPT).
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs, and iterating them based on stakeholder, user, or technical feedback.
• Deep understanding of responsive design principles, usability heuristics, information architecture, accessibility, and web performance best practices.
• Clear, structured communicator who can explain design decisions, manage feedback, and keep projects on track across multiple stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3; JavaScript, CMS experience such as WordPress, animation, and motion-design skills are nice to have.
• Intermediate oral and written English (B1), mainly for internal communication.
• Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day work and genuinely interested in staying up to date with emerging AI capabilities.
