You will translate complex business challenges into simple, human-first designs, collaborating with teams to deliver visionary, award-winning outcomes that combine strategy, research, and craft.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in UX/experience design (agency or in-house).
• Ability to translate business challenges and user insights into human-first designs.
• Strong understanding of UX thinking and design systems.

About The Role

Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Experience Designer to join our growing creative team. The successful candidate will be involved in all experience design activities across the project lifecycle, driving the underlying UX structures and strategies that help teams bring the work to life.

You'll be shaping a range of customer surfaces - from marketing platforms and products to next-generation, multimodal, and agentic experiences - translating complex business challenges into simple, human-first solutions. From strategy and research through to concept to delivery, you'll combine design thinking, craft, collaboration, and commercial impact to create work that is visionary, award-winning, and outcome-driven.

Role Responsibilities

• Plan, design and conduct user research utilising a variety of methodologies, including both quantitative and qualitative research. You will use this knowledge to inform all parts of your process including developing personas and user journeys.
• Translate user needs and business goals into static designs and interactive mockups to provide a clear, working reference for other designers, engineers and stakeholders.
• Apply creative problem-solving and human-centered design thinking to all tasks.
• Create compelling presentations and communicate the reasoning behind your work to all audiences.
• Collaborate across disciplines to refine designs, address technical trade-offs, and ensure a high-quality, polished launch..
• Intimate knowledge of working with Figma and other collaboration tools to build a single source of truth, allowing for real-time feedback and direct access to design specs.

What Success Looks Like

• 5+ years of experience in UX/experience design (agency or in-house).
• Excellent UX thinking and design system skills, complemented by an understanding of how to translate these into beautiful, effective designs.
• Understanding of AI concepts, including conversational surfaces, multimodal interfaces, agentic systems, and responsible AI.
• Proven ability to translate business challenges, user insights, and UX best practices into human-first, commercially valuable designs.
• Experience participating in pitches and inspiring clients with visionary, yet credible, design solutions is desirable.
