Beyond in Buenos Aires seeks a Lead Experience Designer to guide and influence experience design across project lifecycles, from workshops and user interviews to prototyping and final handoff.

You'll work closely with CDs and ACDs, shaping concepts and delivering high-quality designs in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in UX/experience design (agency or in-house).
• Excellent UX thinking and design system skills.
• Understanding of AI concepts, including conversational surfaces, multimodal interfaces, agentic systems, and responsible AI.
• Proven ability to translate business challenges, user insights, and UX best practices into human-first, commercially valuable designs.
• Experience participating in pitches and inspiring clients with visionary, yet credible, design solutions is desirable.
• Experience guiding/mentoring other creatives to ensure your vision/research/strategy is understood and can be creatively acted upon is a big plus.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with user researchers to plan, design and conduct user research utilizing a variety of methodologies, including both quantitative and qualitative research.
• Facilitate workshops to align teams on user goals, building a foundation of trust and shared responsibility for the final product.
• Translate user needs and business goals into static designs and interactive mockups to provide a clear, working reference for engineers and stakeholders.
• Create compelling presentations and communicate the reasoning behind your work to all audiences.
• Collaborate across disciplines to refine designs, address technical trade-offs, and ensure a high-quality, polished launch.
• Intimate knowledge of working with Figma and other collaboration tools to build a single source of truth.

About The Role

Role Overview

We're looking for a Lead Experience Designer to join our growing creative team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead and influence all experience design activities across the lifecycle of a project - from running client workshops and conducting user interviews, through to partnering on concepts and bringing prototypes to life.

While this is primarily a maker role that will see you heavily involved in the work, you'll have regular opportunities to partner closely with CDs and ACDs, be a leading voice in the day-to-day of projects, and gain skills and experience that will set you up the next step in your creative career.

Role Responsibilities

• Support CDs/ACDs in guiding multidisciplinary teams to define products, services, and experiences end-to-end, from information architecture and research, through to user journeys and prototype, and finally interaction and branding.
• Partner with user researchers to plan, design and conduct user research utilising a variety of methodologies, including both quantitative and qualitative research. You will use this knowledge to inform all parts of your process including developing personas and user journeys.
• Facilitate workshops to align teams on user goals, building a foundation of trust and shared responsibility for the final product. Ensure UX plays a critical role in solution design, user flows, and overall product strategy, not just front-end deliverables.
• Translate user needs and business goals into static designs and interactive mockups to provide a clear, working reference for engineers and stakeholders.
• Create compelling presentations and communicate the reasoning behind your work to all audiences.
• Collaborate across disciplines to refine designs, address technical trade-offs, and ensure a high-quality, polished launch.
• Intimate knowledge of working with Figma and other collaboration tools to build a single source of truth, allowing for real-time feedback and direct access to design specs.

What Success Looks Like
