The ideal candidate will work remotely from Argentina with coverage during US business hours, communicate clearly in English, and escalate issues when needed while maintaining precise documentation and records.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting experience, ideally with US accounting/tax exposure.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, tax review, reconciliations, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Experience handling complex tax inquiries and customer-facing support.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for complex US accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and payroll inquiries.
• Investigate escalated issues, review reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies.
• Explain tax and accounting topics to nontechnical customers clearly.
• Document resolutions and maintain accurate customer records.
• Collaborate with internal specialists and adapt to new systems/AI workflows.
