You will handle escalated tickets, review reconciliations, explain tax topics to nontechnical customers, and adapt to evolving workflows and proprietary platforms.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting experience with US accounting and taxation exposure.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to investigate and resolve complex tax and accounting inquiries independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for complex US accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and payroll inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve escalated accounting and tax tickets.
• Review and troubleshoot bookkeeping discrepancies and reconciliations.
• Explain tax topics to nontechnical customers and assist with payroll questions.
• Document resolutions and improve workflows and knowledge resources.
