• Licensed lawyer with 2+ years of practice.
• Experience providing legal support using attorney-approved guidance and templates.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• End-to-end ownership mindset with follow-up and results orientation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to leverage AI-driven tools to interpret data and drive improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day legal support for CST and USFT on U.S.-based bank products and services using approved guidance, playbooks, and templates.
• Prepare, review, and issue client-facing letters and responses, escalating novel or higher-risk matters per protocols.
• Support governance and state filings, including annual reports and event-based filings across U.S. jurisdictions.
• Perform corporate filings with the 50 U.S. state secretaries of state for JPMorganChase subsidiaries and respond to internal/external inquiries.
• Manage projects, update operational documentation, and coordinate with internal teams and filings vendor; utilize AI-driven insights for process improvements.
