Job summary

JPMorganChase in Buenos Aires, Argentina, is seeking an attorney to join the Digital Products & Experience Legal Team within CCB. You will provide legal support including direct product counsel, strategy advice, content reviews, and data-use guidance to help drive safe, innovative digital solutions.

You will update customer agreements and terms to reflect evolving regulations and practices. The position will be located in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Qualifications

Licensed lawyer eligible to practice in the posting location.
Minimum 3 years of legal experience in a law firm or in-house.
Experience in financial services regulation or regulated business.

Responsibilities

Provide risk-based legal guidance for digital products and authentication and fraud prevention.
Advise on product development, strategy, and regulatory risk for new use cases.
Collaborate with senior counsel and business teams on contracts and disclosures.
Support governance and escalation for emerging technologies and partnerships.
Review customer-facing content for clarity, accuracy, and compliance.
Draft and update agreements, disclosures, and terms.
Monitor laws and enforcement trends impacting covered products.
Identify and escalate material legal/regulatory risks with options.
Summarize regulatory developments for stakeholders and translate requirements.
Contribute to policies, procedures, and controls.
