Formación

• Law degree and active license in your jurisdiction; compliance with local licensing requirements.
• Minimum 2 years of legal practice experience.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic and practical legal advice to branch professionals and operations on fiduciary matters.
• Develop subject matter expertise for Consumer Branch Banking products and services.
• Identify legal issues and partner with teams to drive solutions.
• Attend meetings with partners and provide timely legal guidance on new initiatives.
• Update and maintain internal policies and procedures.
• Conduct legal research on state and federal consumer finance laws.
• Draft and edit customer-facing communications.
• Support litigation matters by providing context and background.
