JPMorganChase, based in Argentina, seeks an Associate Counsel for In-House Legal Services (ILS) to support the US Filings team (USFT) and CST. You will provide day-to-day legal support to bankers and client service teams on U.S.-based bank products, using approved guidance, playbooks, and templates, and escalate higher-risk matters as needed.

You will also assist with state filings, corporate governance, and related entity-level issues.

Formación

• Licensed lawyer with 2+ years of practice.
• Experience providing legal support within attorney-approved guidance and templates, with appropriate escalation of novel, material, or higher-risk matters.
• Strong attention to detail and quality, with ability to prioritize, organize work, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to follow defined processes and identify issues requiring escalation or special attention.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• End-to-end ownership mindset with strong follow-up and results orientation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to leverage AI-driven tools and insights to interpret data, identify trends, and drive process improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Advise bankers, client service teams on CIB products using approved templates.
• Prepare, review, and issue client letters using templates, with independent judgment.
• Elevate novel, material, or high-risk questions to designated counsel per protocols.
• Support governance filings, state qualification and corporate governance questions.
• Prepare and submit annual reports and filings across U.S. jurisdictions.
• Perform corporate filings with the 50 U.S. state secretaries of state for JPMorganChase subsidiaries.
