Solvo Global is seeking a Training Lead to oversee onboarding, training, coaching, and development for our Pre-Litigation Case Management team in Argentina. You will partner with Operations to identify training needs and improve processes.

The role requires 3+ years in Personal Injury Case Management, deep knowledge of Pre-Litigation, and experience training or supervising others. Strong communication and organizational skills are a must, with familiarity with Salesforce or Litify a plus.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and training for new Case Managers.
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and refresher training.
• Create and maintain SOPs, training materials, and process documentation.
• Identify performance and knowledge gaps and develop training solutions.
• Train staff on new systems, procedures, and operational updates.
• Collaborate with Operations leadership to improve team performance and consistency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Personal Injury Case Management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Pre-Litigation processes.
• Experience working for a U.S.-based law firm.
• Experience training, coaching, mentoring, or supervising team members.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to explain processes clearly and effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Salesforce and/or Litify.
• Team Lead, Trainer, Supervisor, or Training Coordinator experience.
• SOP creation and process documentation.
• Performance coaching and onboarding programs.
