The Ward Law Group is seeking an experienced Senior Case Manager to support plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through resolution, working under attorney supervision.

This remote role requires coordinating with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and attorneys, managing a high-volume caseload (80–120 cases) with a focus on timely progression and strong documentation in Litify or similar platforms. English/Spanish fluency is essential.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in plaintiff personal injury case management.
• Experience handling personal injury claims, including familiarity with no-fault, bodily injury (BI), and uninsured/underinsured motorist (UM/SUM) claims.
• Experience working in a plaintiff personal injury law firm.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational, communication, and case management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a full caseload in a remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Possess expert knowledge of the bodily injury claims process.
• Manage an average caseload of 80 to 120 personal injury cases while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.
• Meet or exceed settlement and treatment goals while adhering to established case lifecycle timelines.
• Manage plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through resolution, including insurance communications, medical treatment coordination, and claim management.
• Coordinate with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and attorneys to support timely case progression and resolution.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date case documentation and activity records in Litify.
• Assist with case-related activities and legal support functions under attorney supervision.
• Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish as needed.
• Monitor claim status and proactively follow up on outstanding items to prevent delays and advance case resolution.
• Ensure compliance with firm procedures, documentation standards, and case management best practices.
