Formación

• Minimum 2 years of plaintiff personal injury case management experience.
• Experience with bodily injury, no-fault, and UM/SUM claims.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in a plaintiff personal injury law firm.

Responsabilidades

• Possess expert knowledge of bodily injury claims process.
• Manage an average caseload of 80 to 120 personal injury cases.
• Meet or exceed settlement and treatment goals within case timelines.
• Handle cases from intake through resolution, including communications with insurers.
• Coordinate with clients, medical providers, and attorneys to progress cases.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and activity records in Litify.
• Assist with case-related activities and legal support under supervision.
• Communicate effectively with clients in English and Spanish as needed.
• Monitor claim status and follow up to prevent delays.
• Ensure compliance with firm procedures and documentation standards.
