J.P. Morgan seeks a CPD Transaction Execution Associate to support the end-to-end execution of lending and trade finance transactions. You will coordinate documentation, approvals, conditions precedent, and closing requirements while working with bankers, legal teams, and other internal stakeholders.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to drive issues to resolution in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 4–6 years of deal execution and transaction management experience.
• Fluent in English; Portuguese a plus.
• Knowledge of lending and trade finance products and related documentation (LMA-style) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Drive end-to-end execution of lending and trade finance transactions, ensuring transparency and timely resolution.
• Manage the deal closing process and perform conditions precedent checks.
• Liaise with clients, legal counsel, facility agents, and internal stakeholders to support documentation and closing requirements.
