JP Morgan is seeking a Deal Services Analyst in Global Banking Deal Services to support relationship management and transaction execution across debt, equity, and M&A. You will help maintain control of milestones, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and contribute to timely deal delivery.

• Experience with M&A, equity offerings, leveraged finance, debt markets, or loans.
• Confident, professional interaction with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with deal teams and clients across sectors.
• Coordinate timely completion of client and transaction activities and milestones.
• Participate in due diligence discussions to capture requirements and track actions to closure.
• Manage and monitor the deal pipeline with accurate status updates.
• Collaborate with compliance, legal, credit, research, finance, and business management teams for execution needs.
• Provide end-to-end oversight for underwriting committee approval processes.
• Support advisory activities with KYCO for new and existing business ensuring timely completion.
• Identify process improvements to reduce workload and improve execution efficiency.
• Monitor deal controls to ensure milestones are met and risks escalated.
