Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Buenos Aires invites applications for a Trading Services Associate responsible for understanding trading structures, capturing transactions, and performing reconciliations with controls.

You will liaise with Operations and infrastructure teams, ensure timely issue resolution, and contribute to process improvements while developing in-depth knowledge of derivative products and front-to-back operations.

Qualifications

• Understanding derivatives and hedging products (IRS, Swaps, FX, FRA, etc).
• Knowledge of front-to-back Operations: confirmations, settlements, regulatory reporting.
• Clear communication across teams and ability to collaborate and challenge as needed.
• Attention to detail and ownership mindset.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with problem-solving ability.
• Excel skills, VBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate capture of all transactions in Risk Management Systems.
• Complete intraday and end-of-day processes including reconciliation checks.
• Work with Operations and infrastructure groups to support a unified team approach.
• Ensure all controls are completed and signed off on a timely basis.
• Communicate clearly with support teams to resolve queries.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and process improvements.
• Develop a deep understanding of trading structures from financial and operational perspectives.
