CS Outsource seeks an experienced TRACK PMS Expert to own the company’s TRACK PMS usage and troubleshooting. The role demands hands-on, expert-level TRACK PMS experience, with the ability to investigate and resolve complex issues directly with TRACK providers and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will manage configurations, monitor data synchronization, and document solutions while acting as the internal subject-matter expert for TRACK PMS across the organization.

Formación

• Expert-level, hands-on TRACK PMS experience required.
• Strong knowledge of TRACK PMS functionality, workflows, settings.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot TRACK-related technical issues.
• Experience troubleshooting integrations and data synchronization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and autonomous.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day use of TRACK PMS.
• Troubleshoot TRACK-related issues.
• Investigate errors and synchronization problems.
• Monitor integrations between TRACK PMS and other platforms.
• Review and manage TRACK settings and workflows.
• Identify root causes of issues within TRACK.
• Collaborate with TRACK support to resolve complex problems.
• Document issues with technical details for the provider.
• Follow up until resolution.
• Support internal teams with TRACK questions.
• Identify opportunities to improve TRACK workflows.
• Serve as the internal subject-matter expert and primary TRACK contact.
• Maintain docs of recurring issues and configurations.
