Monks is seeking a Senior Analytics Specialist to lead hands-on tracking implementations and analytics infrastructure across client web and app properties. You will configure analytics platforms, deploy tags, and ensure privacy-compliant tracking with strong QA processes and documentation.

In this role you will partner with DEV teams to align upstream data with warehousing and BI layers, while engaging clients with clear, technical guidance and best-practice approaches.

Formación

• 3+ years in data implementation, analytics engineering, or tracking-focused roles.
• Experience configuring analytics platforms and data layer design.
• Proven ability to work with client accounts across enterprise and mid-market segments.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and deploy analytics tracking across client web and apps.
• Build and maintain tags, triggers, and variables in GTM and server-side tagging.
• Implement consent management platforms and privacy-compliant tracking.
• Audit implementations, identify data quality issues, and troubleshoot tracking.
• Create and maintain implementation documentation and runbooks.
• Collaborate with DEV team on downstream data flows to BI layer.
• Speak with clients to explain technical implementations and answer questions.
