CS Outsource seeks an experienced TRACK PMS Expert to own the company’s TRACK PMS usage and troubleshooting. The role demands hands-on, expert-level TRACK PMS experience, with the ability to investigate and resolve complex issues directly with TRACK providers and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will manage configurations, monitor data synchronization, and document solutions while acting as the internal subject-matter expert for TRACK PMS across the organization.

We are looking for an experienced TRACK PMS Expert / Webmaster to take ownership of our company's use of TRACK PMS.

This is a highly specialized role for someone with hands-on, expert-level experience using and troubleshooting TRACK PMS. You will be responsible for managing system configurations, troubleshooting technical issues, monitoring integrations and synchronizations, and working directly with the TRACK provider when technical support is required.

The ideal candidate is highly technical, resourceful, and able to independently investigate problems, identify root causes, and drive issues through to resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's day-to-day use of TRACK PMS
• Troubleshoot TRACK-related technical and system issues
• Investigate errors, system problems, and synchronization issues
• Monitor and troubleshoot integrations between TRACK and other platforms
• Review and manage TRACK settings, configurations, workflows, and processes
• Identify root causes of technical and operational issues within TRACK
• Work directly with TRACK's support and technical teams to resolve complex issues
• Clearly document issues and provide relevant technical information to the TRACK provider
• Follow up with the provider until issues are fully resolved
• Support internal team members with TRACK-related questions and usage issues
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, configurations, and overall use of TRACK
• Serve as the company's internal subject-matter expert and primary point of contact for TRACK PMS
• Maintain documentation of recurring issues, solutions, configurations, and processes

Requirements

• Expert-level, hands-on experience with TRACK PMS is required
• Strong knowledge of TRACK PMS functionality, workflows, settings, and configurations
• Proven experience troubleshooting TRACK-related technical issues
• Experience troubleshooting integrations, data synchronization, and system errors
• Ability to investigate issues independently and identify the underlying cause
• Comfortable communicating directly with software providers and technical support teams
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage issues through resolution
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of technical problems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in property management, vacation rentals, hospitality, or real estate
• Experience working with other PMS platforms or property management technology
• Experience managing software integrations and third-party systems
• Experience documenting technical processes and troubleshooting procedures

TRACK PMS experience is non-negotiable.

We are specifically looking for someone who has direct, hands-on experience with TRACK PMS and can confidently troubleshoot and manage the platform.

Experience with other PMS platforms alone — such as Guesty, Hostaway, Lodgify, Hostfully, or similar systems — will not be sufficient unless the candidate also has substantial TRACK PMS experience.

We're looking for someone who can become the go-to TRACK expert within the company someone who doesn't simply elevate problems, but can investigate issues, understand how the system works, communicate effectively with the provider, and drive technical problems to resolution.
