Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services in Buenos Aires seeks a Junior Indirect Tax professional to manage VAT engagements, oversee returns and reconciliations, and help plan and implement tax processes. The role includes training the team, maintaining quality and SLA standards, and building strong relationships across user groups.

You will support continuous improvement, identify risks, and contribute to organizational efficiency while developing your expertise in indirect tax services within EY’s global

Responsibilities

• Manage VAT engagements which includes preparation of VAT, Indirect Tax Returns and/or Accounts Reconciliation, as well as undertaking detailed planning and implementation
• Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of team through regular training
• Cooperate to keep quality, turnaround time & SLA requirements
• Cooperate to maintain and develop quality & productivity metric tools
• Build working relationships with the user groups by participating in reviews and feedback sessions focused in continuous improvement
• Follow up on tasks to ensure, work performed by the GDS meets the quality standards & SLA
• Anticipate and identify risks and elevate as appropriate
• Understanding and compliance with the planning of the provision of services
• Organizational and process skills
• Problem solving skills, attention to detail
• Interpersonal skills - Enjoys working with people and developing people, with key focus on managing effective teams, adaptable and flexible
