You will lead technical discussions with senior leadership, coordinate with global engineering teams, and travel 10–25% as needed to support customers across LATAM.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for multiple IT domains.
• Strong English-language written and verbal communication skills.
