Job summary

7257 Syneos Health Argentina S.A. is seeking a Principal, Tech Customer Success to drive strategic adoption of our technology solutions across clinical, commercial and operational teams.

You will translate customer needs into product enhancements and collaborate with product, sales and service delivery. You will mentor junior team members, manage key relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and lead initiatives to measure ROI and adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a technology-focused Customer Success role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to quickly identify issues and develop effective solutions.
• Technical skills related to product usage and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis and strategic insight to support use of Syneos technology solutions across multiple business units.
• Identify customer needs and align current solutions to those needs.
• Develop and nurture strategic relationships with internal and external customers to maximize product-driven value.
• Act as trusted advisor, aligning customer objectives with product capabilities.
• Lead communication initiatives to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
• Support training and onboarding of product users to improve adoption.
• Track Customer Success, ROI and KPI metrics for internal and external users.
