Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Diversity Lead for our Clinical Solutions team in Argentina.

You will collaborate with sponsors and study teams to develop and implement study-level diversity plans, train internal teams, and monitor enrollment progress against defined goals. The role centers on applying regulatory guidance to drive diverse enrollment, acting as a subject matter expert, and ensuring alignment with trial protocols.

Qualificações

• Experience creating and guiding study-level diversity plans in alignment with regulatory guidance.
• Ability to train internal teams on diversity concepts and processes.
• Proven track record overseeing enrollment goals based on disease epidemiology.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with sponsor and study team on study-level diversity plans and goals.
• Conduct trainings and presentations on clinical trial diversity topics.
• Recommend diversity enrollment goals and oversee strategy execution.
• Monitor enrollment metrics and progress toward diversity targets.
• Serve as clinical trial diversity SME for study teams.
• Train internal study teams and sponsors on completed plans.
• Deliver trainings for sponsors and sites on diversity initiatives.
• Act as single point of contact for study-level diversity initiatives and KPIs.
• Ensure all deliverables meet customer expectations and risk mitigation plans.
