Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Minimum 1 year clinical operations experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of clinical operations.
• Strong documentation and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to one or more clinical functions.
• Coordinate documentation and communications, manage shared mailboxes, organize project files and ensure timely follow-up.
• Enter, maintain and reconcile information in project and clinical tracking systems.
• Track timeline milestones and manage document creation, formatting, and QC.
• Translate documents using approved vendors/systems.
• Use AI-enabled tools, dashboards and automated reports for logistical and analytical support.
• Support TMF filing and related document processes, ensuring inspection-ready documentation.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs/WIs and training compliance; maintain accurate timesheet reporting.
• Monitor workload, budgeted effort and project hours; escalate discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain awareness of clinical research through required trainings.
