You will develop detailed plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks and governance, and deliver measurable benefits through AI and automation where appropriate. Hybrid work arrangement available in Argentina.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, life sciences, information technology, engineering or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or practical experience in process improvement.
• Program management experience with planning, governance, and benefits realization; PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Analyses current-state processes to identify gaps, risks, inefficiencies, and root causes.
• Develops future-state workflows, process documentation, and role clarity recommendations.
• Supports development and maintenance of standard process improvement frameworks, tools, templates, and best practices.
• Prepares program and project plans with scope, milestones, resources, budgets, and success measures.
• Coordinates cross-functional workstreams and manages risks, issues, actions, decisions, and interdependencies.
• Prepares concise program reporting for leadership, sponsors, and governance bodies.
• Facilitates meetings, documents decisions, and follows up with owners to ensure timely actions.
• Builds relationships with stakeholders to validate findings and support prioritization of opportunities.
• Collaborates with teams to implement solutions, including communications, training, testing, and change adoption.
• Reviews and strengthens business cases by validating assumptions and ensuring benefits are measurable.
