• Lead the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow APM modules from scratch.
• Collaborate with IT, business units, and senior management to define application rationalization strategies.
• Customize ServiceNow APM functionalities to facilitate application lifecycle management, including dependency mapping.
• Develop architecture diagrams, deployment plans, and operational procedures.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams during implementation, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for stakeholders and end-users on ServiceNow APM capabilities, benefits, and adoption best practices.
• Stay abreast of ServiceNow platform updates and enhancements related to APM functionalities, incorporating new features to optimize processes.
