Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled professional with extensive experience in architecting and implementing Application Portfolio Management solutions using the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow APM modules to streamline our application landscape, improve cost-effectiveness, and align with our business goals. A deep understanding of application portfolio management principles and methodologies, with a proven track record of successfully leading and executing application rationalization projects for diverse clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and design ServiceNow APM solutions tailored to organizational objectives,emphasizing application rationalization and portfolio optimization.
• Lead the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow APM modules from scratch,ensuring alignment with IT strategy, business requirements, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across IT, business units, and senior managementto define application rationalization strategies, assess application portfolios, and prioritizeinitiatives.
• Customize ServiceNow APM functionalities to facilitate application lifecyclemanagement, including portfolio analysis, dependency mapping, and rationalizationdecision-making.
• Develop comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams,deployment plans, and operational procedures.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams during implementation, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for stakeholders and end-users on ServiceNow APM capabilities, benefits, and adoption best practices.

• Lead workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders to gather requirements,understand business objectives, and define rationalization strategies.
• Develop and execute application rationalization roadmaps and plans, outlining prioritizedinitiatives and timelines for optimizing the application portfolio.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of applications based on criteria such as business value,technical fit, cost, and risk to support rationalization decision-making.
• Provide expert recommendations on application retirement, migration, consolidation, ormodernization strategies, aligning with clients' IT and business goals.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth execution of rationalization initiatives, including application decommissioning and data migration efforts.
• Develop business cases and ROI analyses to justify rationalization decisions and demonstrate value to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, IT managers, and business leaders to integraterationalization efforts with overall IT strategy and governance frameworks.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to application portfolio management and rationalization.
