Job summary

EY is seeking a Deal Manager - Assistant Director to partner with Engagement Teams across the region, leading high-value pursuits and shaping a tailored 'Why EY' proposition. You will manage end-to-end bid processes, develop win themes, and coordinate proposal development, meetings, and orals preparation with a focus on quality and timely delivery.

You will lead strategic pursuit activities, build client-centric messaging, and guide cross-functional teams while upholding EY's standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12–15 years in business development or bid management within professional services.
• Experience leading global or multi-country pursuits with cross-border teams.
• Excellent proposal writing and communications skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and manage tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead pursuit strategy, plan timelines, and critical path for high-value opportunities.
• Develop client-centric win themes and value propositions for proposals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to produce meetings, proposals and orals.
• Monitor quality and on-time delivery of all pursuit deliverables.
• Facilitate pursuit governance and share best practices across the firm.
• Mentor Deal Coordinators and junior staff.
