Job summary

EY is seeking a Talent Attraction Manager, Assistant Director to lead the project manager–led campus recruitment strategy, aligning EY's recruitment teams, alumni stakeholders, and university partners while equipping recruiters with resources, communications, and support to deliver a high-quality campus experience.

You will oversee a dynamic team and shape strategies for contractors, students and experienced hires, driving efficiency and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in recruiting/sourcing in professional or financial services.
• Experience leading recruitment teams with focus on performance.
• Experience attracting contractors, students and experienced hires.
• Strategic thinker with collaboration skills across teams.
• Consultative talent advisor for external candidate pipelines.
• Creative sourcing for IT/tech roles.
• Meet SLA of 24–48 hours for candidate profiles.
• Proficient in MS Office and ATS; open to AI tools.
• Experience with North American talent markets.
• Thrives in fast-paced, multi-project environments.
• Strong reporting and data analytics skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of Talent Attraction Recruiters.
• Manage employee performance, recognition and KPIs.
• Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies.
• Build relationships with business leaders and hiring managers.
• Oversee talent pipeline and convert prospects into applicants.
• Drive sourcing strategy for diverse talent and inclusive initiatives.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout recruitment.
• Act as change agent for new technologies and processes.
• Stay informed on talent market trends and compliance.
• Leverage analytics and AI tools for insights and decisions.
• Work with Talent Attraction leadership to deploy resources.
• Serve as an individual contributor when needed.
