Job summary

EY seeks a seasoned pursuit professional to drive excellence across service lines, regions, and sectors. You will act as a brand ambassador, promoting EY’s pursuit self-help strategy and supporting domain teams with high-quality responses, content, and stakeholder engagement.

You will collaborate with PRC leadership to boost adoption of pursuit tools, share best practices, and lead initiatives across geographies while mentoring teammates and delivering value through KPI-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in pursuits, knowledge, or client service.
• Experience working in a cross-border, multi-cultural environment.
• Knowledge of the bid process and experience in developing external marketing or pitch communications.

Responsibilities

• Execute pursuit excellence across their domain (Service Line, Region, Sector).
• Act as a brand ambassador to ensure EY’s pursuit self-help strategy meets the needs of pursuit teams.
• Increase awareness and adoption of EY’s pursuit self-help products and services with domain teams and requestors.
• Share knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned with colleagues; support presentations and training on pursuit excellence.
• Contribute content and expertise to in-scope RFPs and proposals; perform quality reviews.
