EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) in Argentina seeks a Deal Manager - Assistant Director to lead end-to-end pursuit management for regional strategic opportunities and to develop compelling client propositions. You will coordinate governance, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration across Engagement Teams, Partner teams and clients.

The role requires 12–15 years in BD with 5+ years in bid management, excellent proposal writing, and the ability to work across borders and cultures.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA preferred.
• 12–15 years in Business Development with at least 5 years in Bid Management/Pursuit Management in professional services.
• Experience working in a cross-border, multi-cultural environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end pursuit management for regional strategic, high-value opportunities.
• Develop client-centric win themes that underpin the deal strategy.
• Manage development of opportunity value propositions and client collateral.
• Coordinate pursuit governance, meetings, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coach and mentor Deal Coordinators and pursuit team members.
