EY-Parthenon – Strategy and Execution – Deal Management – Staff in Buenos Aires is seeking an Associate to support and execute operating-focused projects within cross-functional teams. • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics with 1 year of related work experience.
• A graduate degree with related work experience.
• Aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis and the ability to translate data into insights.
• Ability to work effectively in teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to prioritize on projects and adapt quickly to new challenges and concepts.
• Ability to develop long-lasting relationships internally and externally.
• Residence in or commutable distance to the office; willingness to travel and work extra hours when needed.
