SC Johnson is seeking a procurement professional to support strategic sourcing, supplier relationships and cost analysis across procurement, supply chain, quality, engineering, R&D, marketing and finance.

You will drive cost savings, supplier development and digitalization initiatives, with knowledge of SAP and AI/automation tools. A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years’ experience are required; travel is up to 10% and remote work is available once a week after three months.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
• +2 years of experience in similar roles: Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, Operations or Supplier Management.
• Advanced English and strong Excel / analytical capabilities. Power BI, automation or AI tools are highly valued.

Responsabilidades

• Support strategic sourcing initiatives, including RFQs, negotiations, cost analysis, benchmarking and alternative supply scenarios.
• Manage and develop key suppliers across cost, quality, service, innovation and supply resilience.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on NPD, supplier qualifications, material changes and implementation of new solutions.
• Lead Supplier Development initiatives and support sustainable corrective actions for performance issues.
• Identify cost savings, value creation and working-capital opportunities.
• Drive process simplification, digitalization, automation and AI-enabled ways of working.
