SDI International is seeking an innovative Sourcing Analyst in Buenos Aires, Argentina to lead end-to-end sourcing projects for a client. The role focuses on cost-effective purchases, quality control, and policy adherence across indirect spend.

You will manage RFx events, drive stakeholder dialogue, draft and negotiate contracts, onboard suppliers, and perform decision-focused market analyses. Strong English, analytical skills, and negotiation ability are essential.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end sourcing and contracting for indirect spend categories.
• Manage the full RFx lifecycle, including RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes.
• Facilitate conversations with stakeholders to document requirements for contracting.
• Create, modify, negotiate, and execute contract documents (MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, Change Orders).
• Conduct supplier negotiations and onboarding in line with procurement policies.
• Perform market intelligence, cost/benefit analysis, and benchmarking to support sourcing decisions.
• Complete due diligence, risk assessment, and ensure SMEs input throughout contracting.
• Verify that agreements are reviewed by peers and managers per the authority matrix.

We are looking for an innovative Sourcing Analyst to carry on Sourcing Projects for one of our Clients.

Our Sourcing Analyst will be implementing cost-effective purchases of all goods and services, as required by the Client. Ensuring performance/quality control and adhering to the Client’s procurement policies will be some of your main priorities when carrying out this role

Responsible For:

End-to-end sourcing and contracting for indirect spend categories with an annual spend value of up to $250,000 USD per procurement event per year. Activities including:

• Managing the full RFx lifecycle, including RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes: facilitating supplier selection, issuing event documentation, and evaluating response.
• Facilitating conversations with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements necessary for contracting and sourcing processes.
• Creating, modifying, negotiating, and facilitating execution of applicable contract documents, including but not limited to Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Amendments, NDAs, Statements of Work, Change Orders, etc., in collaboration with the client´s business unit stakeholders and any client-specific processes
• Conducting supplier negotiations and executing new supplier onboarding requests in accordance with procurement policies.
• Performing and documenting fair value determinations, including market intelligence gathering, cost/benefit analysis, and benchmarking to support sourcing decisions.
• Completing pre-transactional due diligence, risk assessment, and compliance steps; ensuring written guidelines and SME input (e.g., legal, finance, privacy, information security) are obtained throughout the contracting process.
• Verifying that key agreements and contracts are reviewed by appropriate peers and superiors prior to execution, in accordance with the client´s contracting authority matrix.

Required Skills / Qualifications

• Student or graduated from Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain or related fields.
• 2 - 4 years’ experience in sourcing
• IT Background is desired.
• Proficient in English both oral and written.
• Strong communication skills at every level - written and spoken.
