SC Johnson is seeking a Procurement professional to help translate business needs into sourcing and supplier solutions, improving cost, service, quality, resilience and speed to market.

You will analyze cost structures, support supplier risk, and work with cross-functional teams to move opportunities from idea to implementation. A degree in a related field and 2+ years of procurement experience are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
• +2 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, Operations or Supplier Management.
• Advanced English and strong Excel / analytical capabilities; Power BI, automation or AI tools are highly valued.

Responsabilidades

• Support strategic sourcing initiatives, including RFQs, negotiations, cost analysis, benchmarking and alternative supply scenarios.
• Manage and develop key suppliers across cost, quality, service, innovation and supply resilience.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on NPD, supplier qualifications, material changes and implementation of new solutions.
• Lead Supplier Development initiatives and support sustainable corrective actions for performance issues.
• Identify cost savings, value creation and working-capital opportunities.
• Drive process simplification, digitalization, automation and AI-enabled ways of working.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Be part of a Procurement team that builds solutions, capabilities, supplier relationships and new ways of working to create tangible business impact.

HOW WILL YOU DO IT?

Through your daily contribution, you will work across Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, R&D, Marketing and Finance, developing a broad understanding of the business and the supplier ecosystem.

You will analyze cost structures and market dynamics, support supplier risk and capacity management, participate in supplier performance routines, and help move opportunities from idea to implementation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.


• +2 years of experience in similar roles: Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, Operations or Supplier Management.


• Advanced English and strong Excel / analytical capabilities. Power BI, automation or AI tools are highly valued.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

• Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder-management skills.


• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.


• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into business decisions


• Knowledge of AI tools, process automation, and advanced Excel.


• Knowledge of SAP.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Regular Contract


• Percentage of travel time expected 10%


• Remote work available once a week for eligible employees after three months in the company


• “This role is not eligible for relocation.”
