General Motors is seeking a Pricing Analyst for Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay. The role focuses on developing pricing and incentives strategies, coordinating monthly reports, and supporting leadership with market insights.

You will work with Finance, Forecast and Marketing, and interact with regional teams to drive wholesale and P&L targets. The position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to influence cross-functionally in a hybrid setup with on-site

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Business or related field.
• Previous experience in similar pricing/ops roles is preferred.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, adaptability and leadership abilities.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of AI tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop monthly, quarterly and annual pricing strategies for Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay.
• Support weekly pricing reports (MSRP/Net Price Monitor) and Market Overview meetings.
• Lead negotiations with Financial Partners (GPAT/GMF) and design pricing strategies for all sales channels in APU.
• Generate presentations for Sales Leadership to support wholesale, P&L and MS targets.
• Collaborate on projects with Sales Leadership and Marketing (product launches, dealer conventions).
• Interface with Finance, Forecast and DNV teams for cross-functional alignment.
