Formación

• 6-10 years of experience
• Knowledge and experience in Commercial Cards (T&E, P-Cards, Virtual Cards)
• Cross-Border and Domestic Payments, clearinghouses/schemes, and product P&L/governance
• Intellectual curiosity, analytical and conceptual thinker
• Proactively seeks and develops new opportunities
• Attention to detail and process/analytic mindset
• Ability to build networks and relationships internally and externally
• Familiarity with product development methodologies
• Direct experience in end-to-end project delivery, preferably in product development
• Experience with data investigations and exploratory/ descriptive analysis of business datasets

Responsabilidades

• Develop products/features including business cases, BRDs, and enhancements
• Create product vision aligned to business priorities and road-map to delivery
• Identify insights, marketplace analyses and trends to drive new concepts
• Coordinate design and delivery of products to release; act as product ambassador
• Collaborate with Technology, Business Managers and stakeholders to fulfill delivery objectives
• Manage and implement a wide variety of products and solutions
• Focus on controls and governance, including security reviews and access approvals
• Assess risk and drive compliance with laws, rules and regulations
