Citigroup Inc. is seeking a Payments and Accounts Payables Product Manager to lead the development of new products and enhancements, aligning with market trends and client needs.

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle, scope releases, and partner with Technology and business teams to ensure successful delivery. The role requires experience in payments, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence across global users and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of product management experience.
• Knowledge of Commercial Cards, cross-border and domestic payments, and product P&L/governance.
• Experience with data analytics tools including QlikView, Tableau, Access.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop new products and features, including business cases and BRDs.
• Execute end-to-end product development lifecycle and scope releases.
• Gather client insights, market analyses, and trends to drive new concepts.
• Create a product vision aligned to priorities and a delivery roadmap.
• Coordinate with Technology, Business Managers and stakeholders to meet delivery objectives.
• Identify solutions across data analytics, reporting, CRM, and trade workflows.
