Job summary

Citi is seeking a Payments and Accounts Payables Product Manager to lead end-to-end product development across payments, data analytics, and trade workflows. You will scope releases, define requirements, and align the product roadmap with business priorities while coordinating with technology teams and stakeholders globally.

The role requires strong commercial awareness, regulatory understanding, and the ability to influence across functions.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience across payments and product management.
• Experience with Commercial Cards, cross-border and domestic payments.
• Ability to translate market trends into product strategy.
• Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
• End-to-end product delivery experience and project leadership.
• Familiarity with governance, risk and control considerations.

Responsibilities

• Develop new products/features and business cases with BRDs.
• Execute end-to-end product lifecycle and scope releases.
• Gather client insights and market trends to drive new concepts.
• Create product vision and road-map aligned to priorities.
• Coordinate with Technology and Business Managers to deliver objectives.
• Deliver products across data analytics, reporting, CRM, and trade workflows.
• Provide risk-aware guidance and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare project plans and requirements documents for execution.
